Agape-Biblia consists of the full Bible (Old and New Testaments) complete with all the cross references to the Bible as "hot links", plus HTML files that are the "zametki" ("notes") files for Agape-Biblia: note files for every chapter of the Bible, your personal daily prayer guide, your personal Scripture memory program, your journal for writing down your meditations and examples of how you can develop your own essays, sermons, etc. with links to Agape-Biblia.

To install Agape-Biblia Version 4.1A (22 February 2012) on your computer:

For Windows:
If you want to read Agape-Biblia in offline mode (not connected to the Internet), you can download the "BibleQuote" program at the page http://jesuschrist.ru/software/. Next, right-click on Agape-Biblia-for-BQ.rar (1.15Mb) for the text of Agape-Biblia formatted for the "Bible Quote" program, and select "save" to download it. Then open the RAR-archive and copy the "Agape-Biblia" folder to the "Bible Quote" folder on your hard drive. The basic module of the "BibleQuote" program includes the Russian Synodal version of the Bible with Greek and Hebrew lexicons. Simply select this version, then press the F5 key and click on the number next to the desired word, and you will see the definition of the Hebrew or Greek word. There you'll also find a version of the "BibleQuote" program for the Pocket PC.

Right-click on Agape-Biblia-combo-inst.4.0A-Rus.exe (395Kb) for our version that starts up in Russian, and select "save" to download the latest file and run it. This program will install an "Agape-Biblia - combo" icon and an "Agape-Biblia" folder icon on your Desktop, and it saves your old "zametki" (notes) from version 1.4A or higher. For Linux, MacIntosh and other operating systems, use the "zip" archive. To have it start with the World English Bible interface, simply copy "index-en.htm" to "index.htm" and click on it, - or -
right-click on Agape-Biblia-combo-inst.4.0A-Eng.exe (395Kb) to get this program already set to start up in English.

By installing these HTML files you will have your Scripture Memory Program on your computer, you can develop your own essays and sermons, all in Russian, English, Spanish, German and French, and you will have access to God's Plan for Your Life, your Daily Prayer Reminder, your Journal, the "Biblical Learning Center," and Read the Bible in One Year in five languages, the World English Bible, our other Bibles, and everything else - books, songs and sermons (about 1.3Gb) directly on the 'Net using your broadband connection. You can copy your "Agape-Biblia" folder from your Desktop to a Flash memory stick and run it on any computer.

For Linux, MacIntosh and other operating systems:
Right-click on Agape-Biblia-combo-inst.4.0A.zip (330Kb), download and unzip it, then run "index.htm". These HTML files are the same HTML files for Agape-Biblia as we use for Windows. Simply unzip this file and open "Agape-Biblia/index.htm" in your web-browser. We have tested it under McIntosh and Mepis-Linux -- it works fine!

Click on "Agape Restoration Society," "St. John Chrysostom", or "Biblical Learning Center" on the top menu and read about each of them.
