In her article "Big First Amendment Case Heads to SCOTUS Next Week," Liberty McArtor writes - "The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Tuesday in MASTERPIECE CAKESHOP V. COLORADO CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION. The high-profile case deals with First Amendment rights and same-sex marriage.

"In 2012, gay couple David Mullins and Charlie Craig asked Phillips to create a cake for their wedding. Phillips declined. His daughter Lisa explained, 'It's not about refusing business. It's about having the freedom for him to artistically create something that allows him to honor Christ.'"


Jack has declined to decorate cakes that celebrate Halloween, divorce, that are anti-American, or that are derogatory toward other people. Nobody has filed a lawsuit against him for any of those refusals to use his artistic expression for ideas contrary to his Christian beliefs. But America's new LGBTQ state religion seems to demand total obedience of all citizens (except Muslims). Let's see what the U.S. Supreme Court decides.
